ACWDL 08-52: Change to the income limit for the A&D FPL program couples to be used from January 1, 2009, through March 31, 2009 (11/19/2008)

The A&D FPL couples income limit, currently $1,524, will be increased on January 1, 2009, to the 2009 SSI/SSP couple payment standard of $1,579. The A&D FPL income limit for an individual will remain at $1,097 as it is still greater than the SSI/SSP 2009 individual payment level. [Download]
