Instructions on how to average hours, for determining student work hours, under the newly approved federal waiver. Students whose employment hours fluctuate from week to week will be considered to have met the minimum work hour requirement as long as they reasonably anticipate maintaining an average of 20 work hours per week or 80 hours per month.
