Important information on California’s CalFresh anti-fraud plan, including the process the state will follow to investigate “excessive EBT card replacement requests.”  CDSS will  issue warning letters to recipients who have received and used four or more EBT replacement cards in the past four months. Correcting the prior ACL by providing a  fixed paragraph.  The change is key though, as it moves the termination date for becoming over-income for Modified Categorical Eligibility to the end of the month in which timely and adequate notice can be issued, instead of the end of the payment quarter (for QR cases).
