ACL 12-45: Adoption Assistance Program (AAP) Rates (9/13/2012)
The California Necessities Index increase was applied to the AAP basic rate; the new chart of rates attached. The letter also serves as a reminder to counties that although the AAP rates are negotiated, if the baseline (basic FC rate) changes, the AAP rate would change also. The new rates are effective July 1, 2012, and includes the new Dual Agency rates, effective July 1, 2011, and July 1, 2012. [Download]
