Just an “oops” correction: The consortia were instructed to report all cases that have a negative action (terminated, denied, suspended and rescinded actions). The Food and Nutrition Service clarified that all negative actions (terminated, denied, suspended) should continue to be reported, except rescinded actions. [Download]

ACL 12-37: CalFresh Waiver To Average Student Work Hours (8/1/12)
Instructions on how to average hours, for determining student work hours, under the newly approved federal waiver. Students whose employment hours fluctuate from week to week will be considered to have met the minimum work hour requirement as long as they reasonably anticipate maintaining an average of 20 work hours per week or 80 hours per month. CWDs must review student work hours at recertification or when the student reports any changes in work hours.[Download]
