ACL 12-48: Extended Benefits For Non-Minors Living With Current Or Former Non-Related Legal Guardians (9/20/12)

Eligibility for extended benefits for non-minors living with former non-related legal guardians.  Key factor is whether a non-minor living with a former NRLG had guardianship established in juvenile or probate court. ACL 12-40: Continued Moratorium On The Acceptance And Processing Of Group Home Rate Applications (9/18/12)

Information on new legislation impact on rates.  SB 1041 made permanent the current moratorium on applications for any of the following: a new program, a new provider, a program change, such as a Rate Classification Level increase, a program capacity increase, and a program reinstatement.
