ACL 09-17: Supplement To The Rate Requests For Dual Agency Aid To Families With Dependent Children-Foster Care (AFDC-FC) And Adoption Assistance Program (AAP) Children Quarterly Statistical Report (4/27/09)
A new statistical report is out for counties to complete regarding Rate Requests for Dual Agency AFDC-FC and AAP kids (those also receiving Regional Center services). (The supplement if for those youth whose supervision needs cannot be addressed within regular rate, and who may qualify for an enhanced rate.) [Download]

ACWDL 09-20: New limits and disregards for the A&D FPL PROGRAM for 2009 – beginning May 1, 2009 (4/23/09)
On May 1, 2009 new limits for couples in the A&D FPL go into effect. Because the SSP is decreasing on May 1, the A&D FPL couples limit will decrease as well. Welfare and Institutions Code, Section 14005.40 requires that the A&D FPL be the greatest of Supplemental Security Income/State Supplementary Payment Payment Standard or 100 percent of the FPL plus $310 for couples. ACWDL 09-19: Supplemental security income/state supplementary program payment standards reduction/Medi-Cal budget calculation chart (4/23/09)
On May 1, 2009 California’sSSP Payment Standards will be reduced back to 2008 levels. The Couples income limit for the Aged and Disabled Federal Poverty Level program will be reduced to $1525. The A&DFPL rate will stay the same, at $1133, for individuals. This letter includes an updated Medi-Cal budget calculation chart. [Download]
