ACWDL 12-18: The Extension of the Qualifying Individual 1 Program Sunset Date to December 31, 2012 (6/8/12)

Notice that from 2/1/12 through the end of last year, the QI-1 program, originally set to end in 2002, was ented through the end of 2012.  This program provides payment reimbursement for Medicare Part B premiums for individuals with income below 135 percent of the federal poverty level. [Download]
