ACWDL 12-09: Extension of the Transitional Medi-Cal (TMC) Program Sunset Date (March 14, 2012)
The sunset date for Transitional Medi-Cal (TMC) has been extended to December 31, 2012. TMC provides up to 12 months of Medi-Cal eligibility to beneficiaries discontinued from the Section 1931(b) Medi-Cal program due to employment-related reasons, such as increased hours and/or earnings. [Download]
