COVID-19 federal eviction and forclosure moritoriums extended to August 31, 2020

The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development has extended the federal foreclosure and eviction moritorium in Mortgagee Letter 2020-04, summarized here,  to August 31, 2020.  (Mortgagee Letter 2020-19, June 17, 2020.)
