Issuing the new Rights and Responsibilities, as part of the Governor’s order to not use the EBT at casino/adult entertainment facilities. Informs folks that “one of the many intended purposes of their cash aid is to help meet their family’s basic needs, including shelter, food, and clothing” and that they have the right to get help finding access points. ACIN I-68-10: Elimination Of Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) Cash Access At Certain ATMs (8/26/10)
