Police and sheriff departments no longer submit the Child Abuse Summary
Report form to the Department of Justice (DOJ); reporting of all inconclusive allegations to the DOJ is eliminated and all all existing inconclusive reports from the CACI; and (this is a great one!) if you turn 100, you can get your name striken from the CACI.  And, everyone now gets due process rights to challenge substantiated listings on the index.
