Some wrong cites, and clarification regarding the treatment of any deductions allowed in the Transitional Food Stamp (TFS) when an individual leaves the TFS household because he/she has been approved in a different household. ACIN I-60-08: Application Release Collaborative On Independent Living Program (ILP) Transformation (8/15/08)

CDSS applied for and was chosen as one of six states to participate in a National Governor’s Association (NGA) Policy Academy for Youth Transitioning out of Foster Care. The Academy provided an opportunity to systematically address key challenges and improve transition outcomes. This process resulted in a new vision for California’s Independent Living Program, set forth in this notice, as well as the application to be part of the “Breakthrough Series Collaborative.” About 20 counties/tribes will be selected. ACL 08-34: Discontinuance Of Stage One Child Care 24-Month Eligibility Biannual Report (7/14/08)

Data, data, where’s the data? The Stage One Biannual report, CW 2197, a “Timing Out” Questionnaire with actual and projected information on the number of children and families receiving Stage One Child Care who have reached or who will reach the end of the 24 month limit of child care services for which former CalWORKs recipients are eligible, is a thing of history after 12/07. ACIN I-25E-08: Clarification To ACIN I-25-08: New Trustline Regulations Implementation Frequently Asked Questions (6/9/08)

Three questions were amended from ACIN 1-25-08. Question A2 was amended to include all three steps needed for a provider to become registered with Trustline. Question A3 was amended to state that payment programs should reference the registration date given to them by the R&R Network. Question C4 clarifies that counties should not stop tracking providers until they have received a status from the R&R Network. [Download]
